Our daily cut-off time
for same-day shipping (Mon-Fri) is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will
be processed the following working day (Nb. orders placed after 4pm
Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be despatched until
Monday). Please take a few moments to read the information contained
below for further details of delivery to your specific area.

provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to all our
customers within the UK and countries within the European Union.
Using Royal Mail's
Recorded Delivery or our elected courier
we are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and a Standard
2-5 Working Day delivery.
We can despatch orders
to your home or work place.
Deliveries are made on
weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will
only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for the
Saturday AM Service. Please note: Our Next Working Day delivery does
not include Saturday delivery.
If nobody is available
to sign for the goods, Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card with details of
the phone number to call to arrange another delivery or collection
from the relevant mail handling centre.

Republic of Ireland, plus Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Poland, Portugal, Spain, & Sweden only. For the avoidance of any
doubt we do not offer delivery to the Channels Islands, Switzerland,
Norway, Madeira/the Azores (Portugal), or destinations outside of
Europe. We also do not offer delivery to BFPO addresses.
PLEASE NOTE:- Orders
being shipped to Denmark must be delivered to a Business Address and
not Residential.
All other countries
remain unaffected and can be delivered to either business or
residential

you provide the correct post/zip code for your delivery address,
as this will ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly and
effectively as possible, as well as a daytime contact telephone
number which we or the courier can contact you on.
